We would suggest that payments are made only after the completion of all entries, however if any of the participants desire they may make the payments early to block their entries as well

In case any payments are received in advance and other formalities related to entries (such as complete submission requirements, client approvals etc) are not completed within the stipulated time they will be rejected by the automatic system without any reasons or intimation.
